Hello! My name is Kristina Hawk. I'm a sophomore Film and Media Arts BFA. The purpose of this blog is to display my work for FMX 210 with Blanka Roundtree. 
A little bit about me! 
I love being creative and learning new things. My current passion is writing! I aspire to work as a TV writer after graduation so I write a lot of screenplays. When I'm not writing TV, I'm watching it. I've always had a special love for cartoons and animation. Some of my favorite shows are Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, Bojack Horseman, and Bob's Burgers. 
Feelings about the course!
 I'm excited for this class! It will give me the opportunity to improve my skills in digital creation by working with various tools. I'm particularly excited to revisit Photoshop. Photoshop is a platform I enjoyed working with years ago but have since fallen out of practice in. I hope that by relearning the basics of Photoshop, along with Illustrator, and Indesign, I will open doors for myself creatively and be able to make more digital art.

  SKETCHES BUSINESS CARDS ARTIST STATEMENT In this project, I improved by InDesign skills my creating three business card designs. On each of these designs, I incorporated my name, logo, job title, contact information, and website. I used small graphics I found online next to each line of contact information. I felt that this gave the design a more professional look. Deciding how to best incorporate my logo into each design provided a challenge. In the end, I like how my logo adds to each design.
